2019 was Stellar!

I won’t soon forget 2019!

 

If I had to describe the year in one word…. I guess I’d say Fabulous, Off the charts, & Totally blockbuster!! Sorry!! That was obviously more than one word!!

2019 was defined by conquering fears, doing hard things, and building the life that I’ve always wanted.

 

Here is a brief account of my highlight reel from last year.

Healthy vegetables

Committing to a healthy eating plan, getting coached, and embracing the discipline & support of a great program helped me lose 73 pounds in 5 months!

Getting back into regular exercise & registering for & completing my first half-marathon in Fargo.

Hitting my travel goal of visiting 50 states & 50 countries before turning 50!

I filled my mind with lots of positive information like inspiring podcasts, amazing books, and the influence of positive people in my family, circle of friends, including my fellow students in the Coaching Academy Course.

I jumped fully into better self-care and started investing way more in my personal health and wellness.

I took on the status quo and challenged beliefs that no longer served me.

I practiced getting comfortable being uncomfortable, and shifted my mindset from fear & self-doubt to a mindset of gratitude, joy, service, and abundance.

I took MASSIVE ACTION!! Massive action is the kind of action you keep taking until you get the results that you want.
