Clarity
Do you ever look at the current status of your business, relationships, career, or health/wellness, and realize things are going pretty well… but you’d like to take things to the next level? Have you ever experienced the feeling in your personal life that you are spinning in circles, not gaining progress, and falling into the same patterns, problems, and pits?
Do you sometimes believe you lack purpose, motivation, and a structured game plan to move you forward in your life? Is your life often characterized by procrastination, rationalization, repeatedly leaving projects half-finished, and consistently jumping from one idea to the next, especially when the learning curve gets steeper? Do you ever say to yourself, “I want to change, I want to get moving on this project, idea, venture…but I’m not even sure where to start?”
If you’re ready to take back the steering wheel, figure out your purpose, and begin running your life again…then it’s time for you to experience more….. Drumroll please…. CLARITY!!
Clarity is one of the key components to living a focused, abundant, and empowered life. It’s also one of the important constructs that my coaching practice rests on. Without clarity in our lives, it can be extremely difficult to change. I can recognize times in my own life when I lacked clarity. During those times, I often felt powerless, full of discontent, confused, and exhausted. When I came to the realization that I needed to ask for some help, get coaching, and begin to work more intently on myself…then the level of clarity in my life literally began to skyrocket for me. I’m talking completely off the charts here!!
In 2019, I hired a health coach. It helped me gain so much clarity about how I could go about improving my self-care…including hydration, sleep habits, eating plans, exercise routines, and other various lifestyle habits. My coach helped me define my WHAT…essentially what my goals were and where I wanted to go. Next, my coach assisted me with defining my WHY…essentially my purposes for wanting to get healthier. Just five months later I lost 72 pounds, gained additional energy, dramatically reduced early morning brain fog, dropped my blood pressure by 15 points, lowered my blood sugar and triglyceride and LDL cholesterol levels in significant fashion, eliminated my lower back pain, and increased my muscular and physical endurance to levels not experienced since 15-20 years ago!! This isn’t the only area of my life that I’ve received clarity coaching in, but it’s certainly an example worth mentioning
It’s time to ask yourself a few questions and begin the process of seeking out clarity in your life. Could you benefit from having more clarity? Could clarity be the missing ingredient in your recipe for living an abundant life? Do you want to get unstuck, gain traction, and get moving forward??
I’m here. I’m ready to hear from you. I want to join with you and help you gain CLARITY. Something great is waiting for you on the other side of the investment you make in yourself!!

Have you disengaged your gratitude?
In our society, we are often programmed from a very young age to avoid talking to strangers. As we grow and mature, we begin to realize that not every unfamiliar person is a threat or danger to us. Despite this understanding, I often feel like it’s rather commonplace...
